What is the difference between Counselling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)?

The therapeutic process is a collaborative process between the client and therapist.
Face-to-face or traditional in-person sessions are delivered with considerable flexibility and clients have the option to use telephone or video options if they needed at no additional cost.
