We all feel low at some point in life however, if the low mood lasts longer than usual to an extent that you struggle to get out of bed in the morning or get on with your daily activities then you need to learn the patterns that can help you to lift your mood.

An example of thoughts of a depressed person:

“I feel tired most of the time, I have no interest or motivation to do anything, I get nothing done, I feel like crying most of the time, I have withdrawn from all my friends and I am lonely, sometimes, it gets so dark that i feel like not wanting to be here”

This workshop is aimed at equipping you with the knowledge and skills you need to cope with the low mood.
