What is resilience?
Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems, financial stressors plus more. It means “bouncing back” from difficult experiences.
This workshop is aimed at helping you develop a personal strategy that you can use to strengthen or sustain resilience.
Participants are limited to a maximum of 10 to maximize therapeutic outcomes
